Next week Thursday, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be stationed at the Westlake United Church Trust in Westlake to provide a wide range of municipal services. On the Friday, the Mobile Office team will move to the Muizenberg Civic Centre. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these visits to ensure that they receive assistance and information directly from City officials.
The details are as follows:
Thursday, 27 November 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Westlake United Church Trust (WUCT), 48 Westlake Drive, Westlake (Commando Hall)
Friday, 28 November 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Muizenberg Civic Centre, Atlantic Road, Muizenberg
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.
‘As we wrap up our Mobile Office visits for 2025, we are taking City services straight to Muizenberg and Westlake communities. These visits allow residents to engage directly with City officials on any municipal matters they wish to discuss. Residents are reminded to bring their identity documents or municipal accounts to help make the process as smooth and efficient as possible,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
